Method:
Mix the corn, grinder flour, salt and ghee together.
Knead with semi hot water and prepare fine dough and split in equally in shape of small balls.
Roll it into shape of bread (pratha) on a plastic sheet with wet hand.
Put the corn bread on the bread grill (tava) and fry by applying ghee or butter for a minute, and then turn the side of bread.
Crunchy and gold brown corn bread is ready to serve.
