Ingredients
Rice - ½ kgChicken - ¼ kg
Chicken Cube - 01
Black Chile – 01 Table Spoon
Sugar – 03 Table Spoon
Salt – As desired
White Chile – 01 Table spoon
Walnut – ¼ Cup
Raisin – ¼ Cup
Cashews – ¼ Cup
Almong – 12 Nos.
Cooking Oil – ¼ Cup
Carrot – ½ Cup
Green Onion – 2 Nos.
How to Prepare
First, boil rice, and then heat 1/4 cup oil in a rice cooking pot.
Mix the salt, chicken cube, white pepper, black pepper, almonds, raisin, cashew, walnuts, carrots, green onion, sugar and fry in oil. Then mix the boiled rice and delicious Kashmir Polau is ready to serve.
According to your wish you can add 2 table spoons vinegar.
