Ingredients
Egg - 6 Nos.Garlic - 6 pcs
Ginger - 2 inch piece
Coriander - ¼ Cup
Tomato - 4 Nos
Onion - 2 Nos.
Green Pepper – 2 Nos.
Salt - As desired
Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon
Spices Mixture - 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric - ½ tea spoon
Cumin - 1 table spoon
How to prepare
Cut the onion and make golden brown in 1/4 cups cooking oil in pan.
Take chopped tomatoes, green peppers, garlic, ginger, coriander and salt, turmeric, coriander powder, mix spices, and fenugreek leaves (qasoori methi). When the tomato is soft, mash well, now add eggs and fry, even the oil is not separated. Finally, have a taste of flavors, and offer a delicious taste with chopped coriander and ginger.
