Khoa ½ Cup
Ginger Powder ½ Cup

Aniseed 1 Tea Spoon
How to Prepare
Mix grind aniseed, ginger powder, salt in beef mince and make small ball (koftay)
At the same time, add khoa, Kashmiri pepper and milk in yogurt and blend well. Now add black
pepper, salt, mixed spices and ginger powder and fry.
Then add fried beef balls (koftay) in it and cook on gentle heat until curry become thick.
