Recipe of Gulqand Peda

Ingredients


Thick Milk / Dry Milk (Khoa) 400 grams
Sugar (Powder) 1/2 Cup
Fine Flour 5 Tablespoon
Cardamoms (Crushed) 3 Nos.
Silver Paper 7 Nos.
Rose Petal Jam 3 Tablespoon
Almonds (Chopped) 12 Nos.
Ghee 3 Tablespoon
Pistachios 2 Nos.

How to Prepare


1- First, cook and stir dry milk/thick milk (khoa) with powder sugar and gee in a pan on low heat. 
2- Add cardamom and mix well, and stop cooking. 
3- When the mixture become cool, add fine flour and mix it well. 
4- Take some mixture and make round shape flat pieces with small hole in the mid.  
5- Now fill the hole of all peras with the rose petal jam, pistachios and almonds.
6- At the end decorate with the silver paper on pera’s side.
