How to Make Sandwiche Biscuit
Ingredients
Salty Biscuit 02 Packs
White Sauce ½ Cup
Eggs 02 Nos.
Sweet Corn ½ Cup
Chicken Shredded and Boiled 01 Cup
Bread Crumbs as desired
Salt as desired
Red Chili Powder as desired
White pepper ½ Teaspoon
How to Prepare
1- For preparing white sauce, warm the butter in a pan, and add 4 tablespoons white flour. Roast it for approx. 2 minute and then add 1 cup of milk.
2- Now, add salt and crushed red chili and ½ teaspoon white pepper and mix it continuously.
3- Now, add chicken and sweet corns, then remove it from heat.
4- Now, add the mixture between two biscuits.
5- Now, swim in the beaten eggs and cover it with crumbs, then deep fry.
6- The crispy Sandwich Biscuits are ready.
Easy Spicy Lemon Pickle Recipe - Lemon Achar
Ingredients
Best Lemons 01 Kilogram
Salt Powder 03 Tablespoon
Black Salt 03 Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder 03 Tablespoon
Nigella sativa 02 Teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds 02 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 02 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 01 Teaspoon
Fennel seeds 02 Tablespoon
Mustard Oil to dip the lemons
How to Prepare
1- First, cut all lemons in 2 or 4 cubes.
2- Now, add the salt powder and shake after that set aside without covering.
3- Next day drain out all the water released by lemons.
4- Now add all the spices in it and mix well then add mustard oil so that all the pickle dip in it.
5- Shake slowly one time daily. The delicious and spicy long lasting lemon pickle will be ready after 4 to 5 days.

How to Prepare
1- Sub say penley aaloo ubal kar mash kar lein.
2- Phir chicken ubala kar resha resha kar lein, aur aaloo mein chicken , kali mirch, nimk, hari piaz kaat kar, mustard paste, shimla mirch ko mix kar k goal ball bana lein.
3- Anday mein dip karen, aur bread crumb laga kar fry kar lein.
4- Ketchup k sath mazedar chicken potato ball nosh karain.

How to Prepare
1- Marinate the chicken with the all materials for two hours.

Fried Mince Recipe
Ingredients
Mince (Beef) ½ KilogramCooking Oil 1/3 Cup
Red Chili Powder ½ Teaspoon
Red Chili Crushed ½ TeaspoonTurmeric ½ Teaspoon
Tomatoes-Finely Chopped 1 Cup
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Fresh Coriander Leaves as desired
Onion-Finely Chopped ½ Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
Green chili as required
Salt as desired
Mix Spices Powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper-Whole 4 Nos.
Clove 4 Nos.
Black Cardamom 1 No.
How to Prepare
1- Heat oil in a frying pan and add onion and fry brown.
2- Now add cardamom, cumin, black pepper, and clove and fry for some time there.
3- You add mince and ginger garlic paste and fry stir.
4- Then you add curcuma, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, red chili crushed, little water, curd and tomatoes, cove n cook till mince become ready. You can add more 1/2 cup water if necessary.
5- If mince is tender, at the end add mixed spices powder, green chili, and coriander leaves.
6- Fried Mince is ready to enjoy with crispy Paratha.

Chili Plum Chicken Roast Spicy Recipe
Ingredients
Whole Chicken (With Skin) 1 KilogramGinger Garlic Paste 2 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Dried Big 6 Nos.
Plum Dried 250 Grams
Butter 50 Grams
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
Cooking Oil 2 Table Spoon
Turmeric Powder 1 Tea Spoon
Cumin 2 Tea Spoon
How to Prepare
1-First, place the salt on 1 Kilogram of chicken, add 50 Grams butter and keep aside it for approximately thirty (30) minutes.
2-Now, Put it in the oven on 190 degrees and 45 minutes till the chicken is get red.
3-Now add 2 cups of water, cumin 2 tea spoons, turmeric powder 1 tea spoon and red chili 6 whole in 250 grams of dried plum and make a paste in a blender. (Remember take out the seeds of dried plum)
4-Heat two (2) table spoons oil and add 2 tea spoons of ginger garlic paste. When the fragrance comes, add plum paste. When the sauce becomes ready, put it to the roasted chicken.
5-The delicious plum chili chicken roast is ready to enjoy.

Delicious Crispy Chili Honey Chicken Recipe Dish
Ingredients
Chicken Mince 400 Grams (cut into cube)Vinegar 1 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Sauce 2 Tea Spoon

How to Prepare
1- First, take a bowl and add white flour, corn flour, chili powder and salt. Mix all the good with some water and make the thick batter.
2- Soak the chicken in batter, then deep fry crisp golden and put it aside.
3- Heat the oil in pan and add vegetables and fry.
4- Add ginger with garlic paste and continue cooking.
5- Add green pepper paste, vinegar, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and salt. Fry these well and cook for five minutes with medium fire.
6- Add the fried chicken with honey and mix well. Garnish the crispy chili honey chicken with sesame white and spring onions.
7- Delicious Crispy Chili Honey Chicken is ready.

Carrot Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
Carrot shredded 1 K.GramGhee or Cooking Oil 250 Gram
Sugar 250 Gram
Pistachio 20 Gram
Cardamom 10 Nos.
Essence Eatable few drops
Milk 2 Litre
Milk Solid 125 Gram
Almonds 50 Gram
How to Prepare
1- First, pour the milk in a pan and cook the shredded carrot in it until milk dry.
2- Now add the sugar in it and mix it well and dry.
3- Now add the ghee/cooking oil in pan and fry the cardamom, then add cooked carrot along with solid milk, and cook it well till smell come and ghee/oil separate from carrot.
4- Now mix the essence and dish it out.
5- Accouter with milk solid and almonds.

Meat Balls Curry Recipe - Kashmiri Recipe
Ingredients
Mustard Oil 1 Cup
Milk 2 Cup
Fat of Meat 1 Cup
Water 6 Cup
Curd 1 cup
Bay Leaves 2 Nos.
Cardamom Black 3 Nos.
Fennel Powder 3 Tea Spoon
Mint Dry 2 Tea Spoon
Coriander for garnish
Green Cardamom 5 Nos.
Ginger Powder 1 Tea Spoon
Asafoetida 1 Tea Spoon
Salt as desired
Cloves 2 Nos.
Cinnamon 1 Piece Large Size
How to Prepare
1- First, beat the boneless meat on a flat stone with a wood mallet, then add fats of meat and beat well.2- Now add brown ginger powder, cardamom powder and salt and continue to beat until you get smooth pulp.
3- Prepare ball in circle approximately 2 to 3 inches (diameter) and save them separately.
4- Add oil in in the large container and heat it well, then some little salt along with asafetida.
5- Shake the curd in a pot, add it in the oil, and continue stirring until it's really mixed.
6- Combine the water, rest of the whole and the powdered spices plus milk and boil the gravy.
7- Add the meat balls sequentially in the boiling gravy.
8- Cook on medium heat for an hour and simmer for 15 minutes.
9- Sprinkle with coriander and mint. Ready to serve with boiled rice.
