Nandos Chicken Grilled Recipe
Ingredients
Meat Tenderize 01 Tablespoon
Black Pepper ¾ Tablespoon
Hot Peri Peri Sauce 03 Tablespoon
Lemon Juice 04 Tablespoon
Soya Sauce 02 Tablespoon
Garlic Paste 02 Tablespoon
Salt 01 Tablespoon
Salt 01 Tablespoon
Worcestershire Sauce 01 Tablespoon
How to Prepare
1- Marinate the chicken with the all materials for two hours.
2- Now, grill the chicken on preheated oven for 30 minutes.
3- Remove and pan fry until become light golden.
4- Now put in the plate and serve it with the fries and peri peri.

Chili Plum Chicken Roast Spicy Recipe
Ingredients
Whole Chicken (With Skin) 1 KilogramGinger Garlic Paste 2 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Dried Big 6 Nos.
Plum Dried 250 Grams
Butter 50 Grams
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
Cooking Oil 2 Table Spoon
Turmeric Powder 1 Tea Spoon
Cumin 2 Tea Spoon
How to Prepare
1-First, place the salt on 1 Kilogram of chicken, add 50 Grams butter and keep aside it for approximately thirty (30) minutes.
2-Now, Put it in the oven on 190 degrees and 45 minutes till the chicken is get red.
3-Now add 2 cups of water, cumin 2 tea spoons, turmeric powder 1 tea spoon and red chili 6 whole in 250 grams of dried plum and make a paste in a blender. (Remember take out the seeds of dried plum)
4-Heat two (2) table spoons oil and add 2 tea spoons of ginger garlic paste. When the fragrance comes, add plum paste. When the sauce becomes ready, put it to the roasted chicken.
5-The delicious plum chili chicken roast is ready to enjoy.

Spicy Chana Chaat of Delhi - Special Ramadan Iftar Recipe
Dheli Chana Chaat (Spicy) is very popular in India and Pakistan. This is the best recipe at Iftar time during the Holy month of Ramadan.
Ingredients
Chick Peas (White Chana) 200 Gram
Green Chilli 3-4 (chopped)
Cumin Seed 1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom 1 No.
Chili Powder 1 tsp (as desired)
Chat masala as desired
Salt as desired
Tamarind (Past) 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes 2 No (cut into cubes )
Cooking Oil 1/2 tbsp
Onion Required for garnish
Coriander Leave Required for garnish
Asafetida 1 pinch
How to Prepare

Asafetida 1 pinch
How to Prepare
- Soak the Chick Peas (White Chana) in Water overnight, and then cook in pressure till well soft.
- Put the fry pan on stove and heat cooking oil, now add cumin seeds and let them seethe. Also Add cardamom, fry till release of its fragrance.
- Include chopped green chili and saute 4 to 5 second, Instantaneously add the asafetida.
- Include spice powder and salt, mix it well. Now include the tomatoes, cook till tomatoes become soft.
- Add the boiled Chick Peas (White Chana) and pour a cup of water. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on flaming fire. Remember :Separate 3 Table Spoon boiled Chick Peas (White Chana) and mash well.
- Lower the flame and cook it on simmer approximately 7 to 8 minutes and mix the Chick Peas (White Chana) already mashed.
- Add and combine tamarind paste, cook for a few minutes until all the water is vanished and it appear semi dry.
- Add salt as desired, garnish with the chopped onion and coriander leaves.
- The delicious Delhi Ki Spicy Chana Chaat is ready to serve to your love one.
